How do I care for my newly restored item?
Your restored item should be handled with care. Put your item in a safe place, such as a china cabinet, where it will be safe from additional damage. Once an item has been restored should be used for decorative purposes only. Items should not be placed in direct sunlight, as this could cause discoloration of the repair. If your item needs to be cleaned, wipe it with a soft ,dry cloth. Do not immerse your item in water, put it in the dishwasher or expose it to excessive heat.
